Grading
Grading is the process of ensuring a level base or a specified slope for construction work such as paving a driveway or landscaping a backyard. Grading is necessary for a few important reasons. In order to install a paver patio, a concrete driveway, or even the roads you drive on every day the land it's being installed onto must either be level or have a calculated slope. This can be for a variety of geographical, aesthetic, and practical reasons. Grading can also be used to force water off of concrete and into ditches helping with irrigation as well as controlling slippery conditions. For safety purposes, no matter what the project is, be sure that your land or concrete is properly graded.
